Tips on answering questions:

1. Be as honest as possible with your answers and don't undersell or oversell yourself. We want to match your skills and your specialties with mentees who are in need, and at the same time give you a challenge that you'll enjoy.

2. Be sure that you have the time (one or two hours a month) to be a mentor. In order to make this program a success, we need all of our mentors to be motivated and available to offer advice and help.

3. Even though you're applying to be a mentor, it doesn't mean that you can't also be a mentee. Feel free to request a mentor by answering our Mentee Questions as well. We can't all be experts in everything.
