The Center for Nonprofit Success is a 501(c)(3) organization registered and incorporated under the name Mediate Facilitate. We were known as Mediate Facilitate for the first six years of our existence when we provided conflict resolution and transition management services. In 2005, we expanded our programs and services to include mentoring, research, and our nationwide Nonprofit Success Forum. That was when we became known as the Center for Nonprofit Success (CFNPS).

Unlike the various support centers around the country which aim to address the nonprofit sector in a particular city or region, CFNPS is truly a nationwide organization. We believe that nonprofit leaders in New York can benefit from the perspectives and experiences of nonprofit leaders in California, and we look for ways to bring leaders from different parts of the country together.
